About changing registration information

Can I change the registered name?

We cannot accept a name change that makes you a different person.

This is not possible even for family members.

We will only accept corrections if it seems that there is a mistake in the conversion of kanji or an obvious mistake (such as typing in a predictive conversion).
Please email us with the required information.

・Correct registered full name (Kanji/Kana)

・Date of birth (8 digits in Western calendar)

·Your phone number

・Registered email address

・Plus member ID
