What should I do if my last name has changed?
You cannot change your registered name (surname) from your My Page on the website.
If you wish to change your last name, please do so through your Ticket Plaza My Page.

*Please log in to Ticketpla using Plus member ID registered on the site.
*Please register using the same name as on your identification document.
*You will not be able to change your last name again for one year from any of the following dates.
- After obtaining a new Plus member ID
- After changing surname
