Regarding application
  • The application conditions differ for each advance sale. Please be sure to check the application conditions before applying.
  • Applications for each advance sale are limited to one per person per show, up to a maximum of five shows.
    *If you apply for two or more tickets, you must specify a companion.
  • If you apply for two or more tickets, an electronic ticket will be issued to each applicant and accompanying person's device.
  • We ask that accompanying persons also prepare a smartphone that meets the recommended environment for "Ticket Plaza e-Tickets."
  • Even if you apply as a companion, the number of applications will be counted as one.
  • Duplicate applications for the same performance may be invalidated.
  • If you switch applicants/companions for the same performance, or apply separately from other applicants/companions, you may be disqualified. Please consult with your companions in advance and apply as the representative only.
  • Even if you win/purchase multiple tickets, we will not allow anyone other than the person who won the tickets (the person whose name appears on the ticket) to enter the venue. We also cannot accept any changes to information, cancellations, refunds, or other requests for tickets.
  • The name of the applicant/accompanying person (the name registered in the fan club or the name registered in Plus member ID) will be displayed on the ticket. When applying, please be sure to use the visitor's name.
  • We will not accept name changes after application. The name displayed on the ticket is registered information linked to Plus member ID at the time of application.
    Transfers between family members or friends are strictly prohibited. We will not accept changes for any reason, so please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.

  • If you live overseas and do not have a Japanese mobile number, you can use your overseas smartphone, but SMS functionality is required.

  • About electronic tickets
  • Tickets for this performance will be issued electronically using the "Chikepla Electronic Ticket" app.

  • If a companion under the age of 18 does not have a smartphone, the companion's tickets will be displayed together on the applicant's device only if the companion requested this at the time of application.

  • Entry method/identity verification
  • If you are selected, please make sure to register your face photo on Ticket Plaza by the deadline, including the applicant and accompanying person. If you do not register your face photo, you will be denied entry.

  • The purchaser's name and photo will be displayed on the ticket, and all visitors will be required to confirm their identity by presenting their electronic ticket upon entering the venue. If we cannot verify your identity, we will refuse entry regardless of the reason.
  • If you do not have your face photo registered, you will be refused entry. In addition, even if your face photo has been registered, if it is difficult to verify your identity, we may ask you to show your ID.
  • When attending the event, purchasers must bring a valid form of identification* to verify the identity of the person named on the ticket.

  • Immediately after the reception starts and near the end of the reception, it may be difficult to connect due to the concentration of access. Please complete the application process with plenty of time in advance.
  • Advance ticket sales are available before the general release of tickets. Please note that there is a limited number of reservations and all reservations are made by lottery, so we cannot guarantee that you will win or receive a good seat.
  • We cannot respond to any inquiries/requests regarding seats.
  • When purchasing tickets or visiting the venue, you may be asked to provide your emergency contact information.

    About resale/transfer
  • Tickets purchased at this reception desk may not be resold to a third party for any reason. Providing/transferring to a third party for resale is also prohibited. Additionally, purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
  • Resale activities include auction listings, winning bids, online sales, ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, and malicious third parties.
  • If we find out that items are being sold at auction or resold at high prices, we will deny entry to the seller and buyer.
    In addition, if resale or other similar activities are confirmed, we may ask for your identity to confirm your seat on the day of the performance. If we are unable to confirm your identity, we may refuse you entry.
  • Tickets sold at the reception for this performance (box office admission tickets) are designated as ``Special Performance Admission Tickets,'' and transfers for a price exceeding the sales price of the promoter without permission from the organizer are prohibited. Masu.

  • Regarding recording, recording, and photography

  • Regarding fan letters/presents/flowers

  • Regarding support goods and volunteer projects
  • It is prohibited to bring in support goods such as boards other than official ZEROBASEONE goods.

  • It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial goods using ZEROBASEONE 's likeness or name within the venue premises, nearby facilities, or public places. Furthermore, we do not permit any such behavior.
  • In the unlikely event that unauthorized sales/distribution is discovered, we will confiscate the product and verify the identity of the person. If the person is found to be a fan club member, they will be expelled and refused entry to the performance and venue grounds. In more serious cases, we may be forced to take legal action against the voyeur/eavesdropper by photographing or videotaping/recording the person without prior notice in order to prevent recurrence, as this is considered an illegal act. Please refrain from such actions.
    Furthermore, unless the number of people purchasing such unofficial goods decreases, it will be difficult to reduce the unauthorized sale and distribution of unofficial goods. We ask for your understanding that this is an act that infringes on the artist's rights.

    -The ZEROBASEONE OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK is equipped with a wireless control function, so it will automatically link up when you turn it on.
    ・There is no need to launch the official app. (There is no need to enter your seat number.)
    ・Light stick control and pre-lighting checks may be carried out before the show begins.
    ・When the performance starts, the lights will go out and the device will switch to preparation mode. Please rest assured that this is not a malfunction.
  • ◆Other notes:
    - If you have currently set the color of the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK using your own app or have it set to blue flashing Bluetooth mode, the effects will not be reflected in this performance.
    -If you have already made any settings, please press and hold the button for more than 3 seconds to turn off the power, then turn it back on.
  • Battery precautions:
    *Batteries are not included, so please be sure to prepare your own in advance.
    *Batteries will not be available for sale at the venue on the day, so please prepare them in advance.
    *Please make sure that the positive and negative poles of the battery are inserted correctly.
    * When inserting the socket into the battery cover, make sure the protrusion of the socket is facing up.
    *This product consumes batteries quickly. If even one battery is low, the power will not turn on or the light will not function properly. Please use three new alkaline batteries each time you use the product.
    *If the penlight is stored with the battery still in the battery socket, electricity will leak and the battery will run out in about half a day.

  • Requests at the venue
  • All tickets for this performance will be sold electronically in order to reduce contact with other visitors through paper tickets and to ensure that all attendee information is registered. When entering the venue, please operate your smartphone or other device yourself.
  • Tickets for this performance are sold after confirming the names and contact information of the applicant and accompanying person at the time of ticket purchase.
  • As of May 8, 2020, the government's "Basic Policy for Countermeasures against New Coronavirus Infectious Diseases" has been abolished. Therefore, infection control measures for performances after the guideline has been abolished will depend on the physical condition of the audience and their living environment.   • Wearing a mask is left to individual discretion. What performers and staff wear will also be determined by the individual. During the performance, please be considerate of the people around you, including cough etiquette.

  • However, please refrain from speaking at a volume or frequency that may cause discomfort to other customers, and be mindful of not disrupting the viewing experience.
  • During the performance, please either stand or sit in your seat. It is prohibited to leave your seat, run to the front, lean forward, or otherwise get close to other customers in front, rear, left, or right.
  • Crowding of any kind and trading of goods, etc. are prohibited inside and outside the venue.
  • If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please notify the nearest staff member immediately.

  • Unnecessary seat movements or exchanges during the performance are prohibited, and attendees are asked to refrain from contact with other attendees and lending or borrowing items.

  • Requests upon admission
  • To prevent resale of this performance, tickets must be received using a ``Chikepura Electronic Ticket'', and the purchaser's name and photo will be displayed on the ticket.
  • If you are unable to display your ticket because you do not have a smartphone or your registration is incomplete, you will be refused entry regardless of the reason.
  • Even if you are unable to enter, we will not be able to provide refunds.
  • Identity verification may be conducted on the day of the performance. Identity verification may be performed by both the applicant and the accompanying person. If we cannot confirm your identity or if fraudulent/resale activity is discovered, you will be refused entry.
  • On the day of the performance, to improve safety within the venue, bags will be inspected upon entry. Please note.
  • It is prohibited to bring electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with shooting function, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) and dangerous items into the venue. We will not be able to store your luggage inside the venue, so please leave your suitcases and other luggage in a nearby coin locker in advance, and make sure your luggage is compact before coming to the venue.
  • If you find prohibited items, please follow the staff's instructions. You will be allowed to enter the venue once we have confirmed that there are no prohibited items.
  • There will be no temperature checks upon entry. Please take care of your own health.

  • Regarding sales of goods, CDs, DVDs, etc.

  • When using your personal number card (My Number Card) as an identification card, please present only the front side (the one with the photo). Please be careful not to present the back side (the side with your personal number printed on it). Please note that we do not look at the back of your personal number card (My Number Card) when verifying your identity.
  • Individual number (My Number) notification cards (paper cards with an individual number printed on them without a photo) cannot be used as identification.

  • If you don't have a photo of your face

    Official documents: health insurance card, resident's card, family register, family register extract, seal registration certificate, pension book
    *Please bring all official documents in the same condition as they were officially issued. Certificates of residence, family registers, and extracts from family registers are valid for six months after issue.

    <Please bring one official document and one or more documents with your name printed on them> *You will not be allowed to enter with only one official document.
    Items with a name printed on them: employee ID cards, student ID cards without a photo, credit cards, cash cards
    *Utility bills (electricity/water, etc.) and various postal items will be invalid even if your name is printed on them.

    Copies of the above, handwritten documents, expired documents, various point cards, utility bills such as electricity, water, gas, etc., and various postal items
    The lending and borrowing of health insurance cards is prohibited by law. The use of falsified or counterfeit identification is a criminal act.
