・Tickets for this performance will be issued as "Ticketpla e-tickets." To receive your tickets and enter the venue on the day of the performance, you will need a smartphone that supports the smartphone app "Ticketpla e-tickets."
・The procedure for receiving your e-ticket will vary depending on the advance sale. Please check the individual ticket reception pages for details. (Seats will be displayed on the day of the performance.)
・If a companion under the age of 18 does not have a smartphone, the companion's tickets will be displayed on the applicant's device and they will enter at the same time as the applicant. Please bring a valid ID as we may need to verify your Japanese identity.

Also, depending on the situation, it may take some time before you are informed, so please check your return transportation beforehand. *Contacting or attempting to contact members is prohibited.
*Winners are strictly prohibited from taking photographs, videos, or audio recordings using cameras or mobile phones. Please note that if anyone is found taking photographs or recordings, the equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue. The organizers and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur due to failure to follow the instructions of the staff. If you notice any such behavior, please be sure to notify a nearby staff member as it may develop into a dispute between customers. If the staff determines that you are engaging in dangerous or nuisance behavior, you may be asked to leave the venue. In the event of an ejection, no refunds will be given for the product.
*When participating in the event, please remove any devices that may be capable of recording, filming, or taking photographs (cell phones, smartphones, watches, etc.).
*We consider the safety of our customers and artists to be our number one priority.
