  • * Upgraded seats are seats that allow you to participate in the main show as well as the sound check event before the show. You will be able to watch the show from the sound check event to the main show from the same seat in the dedicated arena area.
  • *You will not be able to leave the venue from the time you enter the sound check event until the end of the performance. If you leave, you will not be able to re-enter. We ask for your understanding.
  • *The sound check event is scheduled to take place approximately one hour before the doors open. Details regarding the event time and admission will be announced at a later date.
  • *If you are selected for an upgraded seat, you will be required to pay the difference in fare from the reserved seat.

  • ・Due to the frequent occurrence of voyeurism and eavesdropping using smartphones and binoculars with camera functions, if you find your smartphone sticking out of your bag or pocket, or if you are using a smartphone or binoculars during the performance, staff may check you. Please set your smartphone to silent mode and store it securely in your bag.
  • ・If anyone is found taking photographs or recording, the equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue. The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur as a result of not following the instructions of the staff.
  • ・Please note that in this case, no refunds will be given for ticket prices or other expenses.
  • ・Please note that in order to maintain order at the venue, we may record or photograph any behavior that disrupts the work of venue staff.
  • ・On the day of the performance, there will be cameras for video and photography. Please note that your behavior may be captured on camera.
    • Regarding fan letters/presents/flowers
  • We do not accept gifts, celebratory flowers, stand flowers, fan letters, etc. for performers. Please note that we will refuse your order if it arrives at the venue.

  • ・Bringing in any support goods such as boards other than official ZEROBASEONE merchandise is prohibited.
  • ・However, the following items may be brought in even if they are not official merchandise.

  • ・When using cheering goods, please refrain from holding them above chest height.
  • ・When using fans, slogans, etc., it is prohibited to have them extend beyond your seat. *Please note that seat size may vary depending on the venue.
  • ・If staff determine that your use is interfering with the performance or causing a nuisance to other customers, you may be refused permission to use it.
  • ・Decoration of official merchandise is permitted as long as it fits within the size of each product.
  • ・Even if you contact us requesting permission to carry out a project by a group of volunteers, we cannot act as an intermediary, cooperate, or support.
  • ・The sale or distribution of unofficial merchandise using ZEROBASEONE 's image or name is prohibited within the venue premises, or in nearby facilities or public places. Furthermore, such actions will not be permitted under any circumstances.
  • ・If we discover any unauthorized sales/distribution, we will confiscate the products in question and conduct identity checks. If we find that you are a fan club member, you will be expelled and denied entry to the performance and venue premises. In more serious cases, we may be forced to take legal action against those taking photos, recording, or eavesdropping without prior notice as this is an illegal act, so please absolutely refrain from such behavior.
    Furthermore, unless the number of people purchasing such unofficial merchandise decreases, it will be difficult to curb the unauthorized sale and distribution of unofficial goods. We ask for your understanding that this is an infringement of the artists' rights.
    • Requests at the venue
  • ・During the performance, please watch from your seat, either standing or sitting. Any actions that bring you close to other customers in front, behind, or to either side of you, such as leaving your seat, running forward, or leaning forward, are prohibited.
  • - Any kind of crowded gathering and trading of goods, etc. is prohibited both inside and outside the venue.
  • -If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please immediately inform a member of staff nearby.
  • ・Please note that staff will contact any visitors who appear to be unwell. We also ask for your understanding that we may refuse entry depending on your condition.
  • - Unnecessary moving or exchanging seats during the performance is prohibited, and attendees should refrain from contact with other attendees and lending or borrowing items.
  • ・During the performance, eating and drinking for purposes other than hydration is prohibited. Bringing in alcoholic beverages/drinking is prohibited.
  • ・Information regarding the opening hours of the concession stand will be provided at the venue.
    • Requests upon admission
  • ・本公演は転売防止のため、チケットは「チケプラ電子チケット」での受け取りとなり、券面に購入者のお名前と顔写真が表示されます。
  • ・If you are unable to display your ticket due to not having a smartphone or incomplete registration, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason. *This does not include accompanying persons under the age of 18 who do not have a smartphone.
  • ・We will not provide refunds or other compensation even if you are unable to enter the venue.
  • ・We may conduct identity verification on the day of the performance. This may be done on both the applicant and their companion. If we are unable to verify your identity or if any fraud or resale activity is discovered, you will be denied entry.
  • ・Please note that on the day of the performance, baggage inspections will be conducted upon entry to the venue to improve safety.
  • ・Bringing electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with a shooting function, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) and dangerous items into the venue is prohibited.We cannot store items inside the venue, so please store your luggage such as suitcases in a nearby coin locker in advance and keep your luggage compact when you come to the venue.
  • ・If any prohibited items are found, please follow the instructions of staff. Once it is confirmed that there are no prohibited items, you will be allowed to enter.
  • ・There will be no temperature checks upon entry. Please be sure to monitor your own health.
  • -After leaving the venue, please move promptly without lingering around the venue.

  • ・Those who are unable to follow the precautions and requests, or who are deemed to be interfering with safety. In addition, if such behavior is discovered during the performance, you will be asked to leave the venue.
  • - People under the influence of alcohol. If staff determine that you are under the influence of alcohol, you will be denied entry. Alcohol consumption may raise your body temperature, so please refrain from drinking before coming to the venue. Also, bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue is prohibited.
    • Regarding sales of goods, CDs, DVDs, etc.
  • - Details regarding the sale of concert goods at the venue and online will be announced as soon as they are decided.
  • ・When concert goods and other items are sold at the venue, we will provide separate information on important points to note regarding the sales area.

    ・公演が始まる前に電源を入れてください。スティック本体にあるボタンを押すと電源が入ります。
    ・ ZEROBASEONE OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKは無線制御機能を搭載しており、電源を入れるだけで、自動で連動されます。
    ・公式アプリの起動は不要となります。(座席番号の入力をする必要はございません。)
    ・開演前にライトスティックの制御と事前点灯チェックが行われる場合があります。
    ・公演が始まるとライトが消え、準備モードに変換されます。誤作動ではございませんのでご安心ください。

    ◆その他注意事項
    ・現在、OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKをご自身のアプリで色を設定されている方、青い点滅のBluetoothモードに設定されている方は本公演において演出が反映されません。
    ・既にいずれかの設定をされているお客様はボタンを3秒以上長押しして一度電源をお切りいただき、再度電源をお入れください。

    ※当日、会場にて電池の販売等は実施しておりませんので、事前にご用意いただくようお願いいたします。
    ※電池のプラスマイナスの向きが正しくセットされているかご確認ください。
    ※ペンライトに電池を入れたまま保管された場合、漏電し半日程で電池残量が無くなります。
    ※電池の消耗が激しい商品となっております。1本でも電池残量が不足している場合、電源がつかない、もしくは発光に不具合が生じます。使用毎に3本とも新しいアルカリ電池をご使用ください。
