I haven't received my sign-up bonus. What should I do?
It will be shipped to your registered address approximately 2 to 3 months after you join (i.e. after you have paid your annual membership fee).

If you have not received your order even after waiting until the delivery deadline, please contact us as follows.

①After logging in, please check your registration information from "My Page".
・If your current address differs from your registered information due to incorrect entry or moving, please change your address on "My Page" and then contact us.
・If the name on your home nameplate and the addressee's name are different, the package will be returned due to "incorrect nameplate."
・If you are an applicable customer, please register "Mr./Ms. ○○ (name on nameplate)" at the end of your address.
② Please apply via the inquiry form in the 【Information regarding shipping of ZEROSE JAPAN new membership benefits】 published in NEWS.
If the inquiry period has passed, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please apply via the next information page we will post.
