※上記『顔写真付きの指定身分証』以外の顔写真付の特殊技術免許証や仮の運転免許証、社員証、健康保険証などをご用意いただいてもご参加できません。必ず上記で指定されている【1】～【7】の『顔写真付きの指定身分証』を1点ご用意ください。
※顔写真の有無に関係なく、学校より学生証・生徒手帳・生徒証明書・身分証明書が発行されない学生は、必ず上記で指定されている【1】～【6】の中から『顔写真付きの指定身分証』を1点ご用意ください。
※マイナンバーカードの個人番号等は見えないように保護した上でご提示ください。
※障害者手帳については、氏名、住所、顔写真記載のページをご提示ください。
※本イベントが指定する『顔写真付きの指定身分証明書』の発行に必要な期間や費用は、各公的機関へお問い合わせください。
※本イベントが指定する『顔写真付きの指定身分証明書』は、イベント当日までにご用意ください。発行が間に合わなかった場合の対応はいたしかねます。
※「パスポート」「マイナンバーカード」は未成年の方でも発行が可能です。(未成年の方は、保護者の方の同意が必要です。) ご本人様確認は、今後開催されるイベント等でも実施されることがありますので、この機会に事前のご準備をお願いいたします。
