■Regarding the end of new enrollment for the [Annual Course]

Friday, January 31, 2025As of this writing, we will no longer be accepting new enrollments for the Annual Course.

In addition, the sign-up benefits for those who enroll in the annual plan will end on Friday, January 31, 2025.

*New members joining after Saturday, February 1, 2025 will be accepted on the monthly plan.

*The sign-up bonus is only available to members who sign up on the [Annual Course]. Members who sign up on the [Monthly Course] are not eligible to receive the sign-up bonus.

■Regarding renewal procedures for the [Annual Course]

For members who have already registered for the [Annual Plan], there will be changes to your membership fee and membership period the next time you renew your membership.

Currently, the Annual Course is accepting applications for a yearly membership fee of 6,600 yen (tax included). However, when renewing your membership after February 2025, the membership fee and membership period will be determined according to the month of renewal as follows:

*Until now, there was a grace period that allowed early renewal from three months prior to the expiration date and renewal up to one month after the expiration date, but the grace period and early renewal will be abolished from February 2025. Please note that renewal procedures will only be possible in the month of expiration.

*For those who have already completed the renewal procedure after February 2025, we will provide a separate refund for the deduction amount.

*As previously announced, renewal benefits will be sent to those who meet all of the following conditions.

・Those who have registered for the "Annual Course" by September 30, 2024 (including those who have changed from the "Monthly Membership Fee Course" during the period)

- Those who have completed "automatic renewal" or "renewal procedures" between August 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025

・Those whose membership expiration date after renewal is between October 31, 2025 and September 30, 2026

When your membership expiration date approaches, we will notify you by email and on your My Page. If you wish to continue your [Annual Course], please log in to My Page during the applicable renewal period and complete the renewal procedure.

If you do not complete the renewal procedure by the membership expiration date, your membership will be automatically cancelled and you will no longer be able to log in to the site. Please note that even if you re-register for the [Monthly Course] after canceling your membership, you will not be able to carry over your previous membership number, membership information, membership period, etc.
