《How to receive the product》
When your reservation date and time arrive, please have the following ready and present them at the reception desk at the venue.

《If you have not received the product》
If you do not pick up your item within the reserved time slot, your order will automatically be changed to delivery. No separate application is required.
The item will be shipped by cash on delivery, so please pay the shipping and handling fee before receiving the item.
