About reservations
Please scan the QR code posted at the venue and register on the reservation order page.
Please note that we do not accept reservations via the Tower Records online site.
■Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
■You will need your mobile phone number and email address to register for a reservation.
■If you are already a registered Tower Records Member, you can make a reservation by logging in with your registered email address and password.
■Customers who are not Tower Records members can make reservations by registering as a new member or without registering as a member.
Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure that you can receive them.
■The process from reservation registration to payment is as follows. (Tower Records Members will proceed from step ④.)
① Scan the QR code posted at the reservation venue using your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
② Click the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender address, and then send the blank email.
③ When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open the URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.

*If you preorder through Tower Records Members, you can use the combined delivery service, which will make shipping free from the second order onwards to the address where you preordered your first order via home delivery. About receiving your order
■You can choose from the following methods to receive your product.

■Products can be picked up at the store from the evening before the release date.
