This is a notice to members of "ZEROBASEONE Official Fanclub 'ZEROSE JAPAN'" regarding the extension of the expiration date after Saturday, January 31, 2026, and the end of new membership applications for the [Monthly Course]. Please be sure to read it to the end.

1. Extension of validity period

The following eligible individuals will be able to use "ZEROSE JAPAN" free of charge from Sunday, February 1st to Sunday, March 15th, 2026.

From 0:00 on Sunday, February 1, 2026 to 23:59 on Sunday, March 15, 2026

[Free extension eligible]

Members of the following annual and monthly plans will automatically be eligible for free extension during the extension period without any renewal procedures (payment).

・Target audience

Members whose expiration date is January 31, 2026

*For those who are eligible, the expiration date will be changed to "March 15, 2026" around Friday, January 23rd.

・Those who are not eligible

Those whose membership expired before December 31, 2025 (Wednesday) and who canceled their membership by January 31, 2026 (Saturday) without enrolling in a monthly course.

・About continuation during the extension period for those who are eligible

There is no need for you to take any renewal procedures or pay any membership fees.

・How to check the expiration date

You can check the expiration date on your My Page.

*The expiration date will be changed to March 15, 2026 around Friday, January 23rd, so please check your My Page.

Membership status is valid as of 23:59 on Saturday, January 31, 2026

*This also applies to those who have completed the registration process (up to payment completion) by 23:59 on Saturday, January 31, 2026. If you register at the last minute, there may be congestion and you may not be able to make it in time, or you may not be able to complete the payment process in time, so please allow yourself plenty of time to register.

・Those who are not eligible

Those who have lost their membership as of 23:59 on Saturday, January 31, 2026

For example, those who have cancelled their membership from the site by 23:59 on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

*Even if you are eligible, if you cancel your membership on the site during the extension period, you will not be able to re-register for any reason. Please note that you will also no longer be able to use the service at that point.

There is no need for you to take any renewal procedures or pay any membership fees.

2. [Monthly Course] End of new membership period

As of 23:59 on Saturday, January 31, 2026, we will no longer be accepting new enrollments for monthly courses.

Those who are members as of 23:59 on Saturday, January 31st, and those who join by the same date and time, can use the service free of charge during the extension period without any further procedures.

If you apply for membership at the last minute, it may be too busy to make it in time, or you may not be able to complete the payment procedure in time, so please make sure to apply with plenty of time. If you are unable to make the application in time, you will not be able to re-apply after February 1st for any reason, and you will not be eligible for a free extension.

Q. I am currently using a monthly plan, but I canceled my membership in the middle of January. Will this still qualify for an extension?

A. No, it does not apply. If you cancel your membership in the middle of the month, your membership will expire at that point, so if you wish to extend your membership, you will need to complete the membership registration process again by 23:59 on Saturday, January 31st.

Q. My annual plan expires on January 31, 2026. Do I need to renew my subscription (make a payment)?

A. No, it is not necessary. If you are a member as of January 31st, your membership will be automatically extended until March 15th without any procedures. For those who are eligible, the expiration date will be changed to "March 15th, 2026" around Friday, January 23rd, so please check your My Page.

Q. Will I be charged monthly course fees for February and March?

A. During the extension period (February 1st to March 15th, 2026), there will be no monthly course fees. You will be able to use all content free of charge.

Q. I am currently on the "annual plan." Do I need to change to the "monthly plan" during the extension period?

A. No, there is no need to do so. The expiration date will be automatically extended until March 15th, and you will remain on the annual plan.

Q. Will I be eligible if I sign up for the "Monthly Course" now?

A. Yes, you are eligible. Anyone who joins by 23:59 on Saturday, January 31, 2026 is eligible. However, if you join just before 23:59, there may be a rush to join or you may not be able to make the payment in time, so please allow plenty of time for your registration. If you are unable to join in time, you will not be able to join after February 1st for any reason, and you will not be eligible for the free extension.

Q. I am currently on a monthly plan, but I don't know if I am eligible for a free extension.

A. Your membership will be valid as of 23:59 on Saturday, January 31, 2026, so if you can log in to the site and view your My Page at this time, you will be a valid member.
