If you are using [Browser: Safari] on iPhone, please check the following.

■About private browsing mode
If "Private Browsing Mode" is set,
You may not be able to view the video, so please view it in normal mode.
When private browsing mode is turned on, the top and bottom of the screen will be black.
If it is "off", the top and bottom of the screen will be white.
