*Note: This applies to those who paid their January membership fee using "d払い," "auかんたん決済," or "ソフト銀行まとめて支払い."
Due to system limitations, there is a possibility that a payment of 550 yen (tax included) may be processed during the suspension period, and that this payment will be canceled (refunded) at a later date.
The timing of payment and cancellation (automatic refund) varies depending on the payment company, so please check your statement or other details.
No membership fees will be charged until service resumes, but please note that payments and cancellations may appear on your statement.

Your payment will be automatically processed using your registered payment method when the service resumes. You will not need to register again or re-register your payment method after the service resumes.

<For those who wish to change from a monthly plan to an annual plan>

- Members who are eligible for the free extension period (until March 15, 2026 (Sun) 23:59)
Members who canceled their membership in March will not have their membership information retained and will need to re-register with new information. Please register again after the service resumes.
If you cancel your monthly subscription between April 1st and April 30th, 2026, and then subscribe to an annual subscription by 23:59 on May 31st, 2026 (Sunday), you can change your subscription while retaining your membership information.
If you wish to make changes after May, please be aware that depending on the timing, you may be charged both monthly and annual membership fees at the same time.

Please complete the withdrawal procedure on the website by 23:59 on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

Payments will automatically resume when the service restarts. This notice is to prevent unintended payments from occurring. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel your membership yourself by 23:59 on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
If you do not complete the cancellation procedure by the deadline, we will automatically process your payment assuming you have agreed to continue your membership. Please note that we will not be able to issue refunds under any circumstances.

■ Annual course

① Those who are eligible for the free extension period (until March 15, 2026 (Sun) 23:59) and wish to continue using the service.
After the service resumes, you will need to complete the payment process yourself.
By completing your annual subscription payment by 23:59 on May 31, 2026, you will be able to continue using your current Plus member ID, enrollment date, membership number, and other membership information. *If you are unable to select your previously set favorite member after the service resumes, please re-set it upon your first login. Please note that if you make a payment on or after June 1, 2026, your membership information, including enrollment date and membership number, will not be carried over, and you will be treated as a new member.

② Those who are eligible for the free extension period (until March 15, 2026 (Sunday) 23:59) and wish to cancel their membership.
Members who do not wish to continue their annual subscription do not need to take any action. Membership fees will not be automatically charged unless you make a payment yourself after the service resumes.
